PART-TIME ONLY
We are looking urgently for a part-time secretary to work for our client, a small west-end based fashion company. This is an ongoing position, two days per week.
Supporting the director your main duties will be:
-Copy & audio typing
-Organising meetings
-Arranging travel
-Co-ordinating diaries
-Answering calls and taking accurate messages
-Creating and maintaining reports
-Maintaining the smooth and organised day to day running of the office
It is essential that you are extremely organised and efficient to succeed in this role. You must have at least 3-4 years secretarial experience, excellent knowledge of the microsoft packages and fast and accurate typing. The role is challenging and varied and will suit somebody who likes to be kept very busy!.
